- US based corporate division closure or private company divestiture
- Companies with sales of $5 to $50 million
- Stable customer relationships
- End of life product portfolios as well as those with attractive future market potential
- High product differentiation with growth opportunities
- Sufficient revenues to validate market acceptance and operating economics
- Multiple exit strategies
