The following is a general description of our criteria and focus.  This is not a comprehensive list and all opportunities will be reviewed on an individual basis.

  • US based corporate division closure or private company divestiture
  • Companies with sales of $5 to $50 million
  • Stable customer relationships
  • End of life product portfolios as well as those with attractive future market potential
  • High product differentiation with growth opportunities
  • Sufficient revenues to validate market acceptance and operating economics
  • Multiple exit strategies
